Always nice and I never have to worry about my packages or mail
I get other people's mail almost as often as I get my own. I assume other people are also getting my mail, which is not ideal...
I only use this Post Office because it is very convenient! The employees are rude and extremely unfriendly. One lady talks so you can barely even hear her and then seems irritated when you ask for her to repeat what she said. We are new to Springville and have LOVED it, but this is one place I DREAD going to!!!
On more than one occasion have I been waiting on a package, and the driver claim that they made an attempt, or the mailbox was blocked. In either case I was home and no attempt was made, and my mailbox was unobstructed. The staff inside are somewhat helpful, depending on the day.
Had a missing package for over a week. Tracking # said both had been delivered, one in mailbox and the other at my door. The one at my door was missing. Never received a notice that it wasn't delivered. After talking to the postmaster a week later it had been at the post office and not stolen. But it had a note wrote on the box saying couldn't find shop. It should of never of been scanned as delivered. The contents we're very expensive parts for customer orders that have been delayed. But I wish I was contacted by the postal service about my package about where it was.
