I had a sad experience here. Carried in two warped rotor to be turned and got back two warped rotors with the rust ridge still intact (for those of you that know what that is, these guys do not obviously). The wear surface of the rotors had been Roloc disced as a lot of shops do but my opinion is that the rotors were not machined. The staff was in such a terrible mood that it is not worth the confrontation that would insue if I were to carry them back. I'll take my $30 loss and go about my way.
Kenny was nice and he genuinely felt sorry for our situation. He was able to solve our truck problem and helped us get back on our way. Thanks for the help!
